Laila: Runny Stools
My dog, Laila, has always been prone to having a dodgy stomach from when I got her from Chiltern Dog Rescue just over 4 years ago (she was about 4 1/2 months old when i got her).
She has been on many different sorts of dog food, including some of the most expensive hypoallergenic dry dog foods on the market.
Her regular reluctance to eat, especially in the mornings, and her frequent runny stools has seriously worried me.
My husband and i separated earlier this year so there are now no contraints on taking her to the vet, what type of food she eats or how much time, effort and money is put into her diet.
I visited the fairly new Pets At Home store at the High Wycombe retail park a couple of months ago and looked at the diiferent foods and supplements, one of which was Bionic Biotic. I then did lots of research on the internet before changing my dogs diet to a home cooked one supplemented with Bionic Biotic.
Her stomach has definitely improved and she can’t wait for her meals now, she never used to drool and whine in anticipation for her food. I’m sure everyone thinks their dog is the best, but Laila really is so special to me.
She is a large dog, about 36kgs, and taking her out for a walk with my 2 1/2 year old daughter could be very difficult if she was not so calm, gentle, patient and obliging. She has been the one constant in my life through some awful times, and i feel very honoured to share my life with her. She deserves the best that i can possibly give her.
