A few customers have had trouble placing orders, for example with not knowing online passwords for their cards.

There are 2 solutions to this.

1) Check out with Pay Pal

You do NOT need to have a Pay Pal account to use this option, you can just use your normal credit card.

When you get to the checkout screen (see picture 1 below) instead of clicking ‘checkout’ click the yellow ‘checkout with Pay Pal’ button and follow the instructions. If you don’t have a Pay Pal account just click ‘continue checkout’ under ‘Don’t have a Pay Pal account (see picture 2).
