“My cavalier, Holly, who is 3 years old has had a sensitive stomach and loose stools since she was a puppy.

I have tried so many different foods from dry to wet and both together and numerous other things in with her food to for the past 2 years holly has had to stay on the same food and god help any one who tried to give her a tid-bit or a treat.

We chose Pooch & Mutt’s Bionic Biotic after doing a search on the internet for something to help with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Toffy’s delicate stomach.

She is just coming up to a year old and has had frequent bouts of runny stools, on one such occasion it cost us £300 at the vets just for investigations, which showed no obvious cause.

Henry: Cavalier King Charles with loose stools

& Benjy: Yorkshire Terrier with loose stools

Henry is an 11 and a half year old Cavalier King Charles.

Since he was a puppy he always had a very delicate stomach and loose movements, so much so, that it was difficult to take him for walks as you couldn’t clean up after him!

He had many tests and eventually was prescribed protexin soluble which I have used on his food ever since. Although his stomach improved it still wasn’t perfect and our dog sitter suggested Bionic Biotic for him.

We also have a one year old Yorkie (Benjy) and she thought he would benefit from it too as he also had loose stools. Both of them have been on it for a couple of months now and their stomachs are fine now. Henry no longer has protexin.

I am also giving Henry Mobile Bones as he was starting to get a bit shaky on his back legs and struggling a bit to get up. Mobile Bones has been great for this – despite him lying down in the photo – his legs are much better.

Jamie: Loose Motions

“I first saw Boinic Biotic at Crufts last year, and as I had a young Cavalier who had bouts of runny stools and generally had rather loose motions. I decided to give it a try.

Within a few weeks his motions were fine and he’d had no bouts of runny stools ,at all.
Another most welcome effect was that he began to body-up, and he was much less excitable in the show ring.

By May he had won a stakes class with a trip to the final, and later two firsts which in our highly competitive breed is some achievement.

Many thanks for Bionic Biotic, and I’d recommend it to anyone whose pets have loose poo’s or ‘orchestral tummies’.”
