Posted in Joint stiffness, Labrador, Mobile Bones

I would like to pay homage to Mobile Bones.

Our darling boy Barney started on Mobile Bones when his brother, Bailey, began taking it and his mobility improved considerably. (more…)

Posted in Collie, Joint stiffness, Mobile Bones

I thought you would like to know how my ten year old dog Sam is getting on with Mobile bones.

Fin: Cavalier with Allergies

Posted in Bionic Biotic, Cavalier, Rescue, Skin & Coat

Our rescue dog, Fin has multiple allergy problems which have left him weakened, overweight and with a depleted immune system.

He has shown a marked improvement since starting Bionic Biotic concentrate, so much so that my last order was for 6 months supply. (more…)

Chadd: Old Yorkshire Terrier

Posted in Bionic Biotic, Runny stools, Terrier

Chadd is a 19 year old Yorkshire terrier. He has no teeth, only one good eye and problems with his ears mean he is deaf. He is very thin but with a good appetite and is a very strong character who knows exactly what he wants. (more…)

Daisy: Collie Digestion and Coat

Posted in Bionic Biotic, Collie, Runny stools, Skin & Coat

I’ve been using Bionic Biotic for over a year and a half now and have been really pleased with the difference it’s made to my dogs.

I first heard about it via an advert in Horse and Hound and have since met quite a few people on my regular dog walks who recommend it. (more…)

Dodi: Rescue Shih Tzu with itchy skin

Posted in Bionic Biotic, Itching and scratching, Shih Tzu

shih tzu with itchy skinDodi is an elderly Shih Tzu. When he was about 12 years old his owner died, sadly they were not discovered immediately. Dodi had to fend for himself alone in the house for quite a long time.

When he was found he was skeletal and the police wanted to ‘put him down’ for his own good, but the Shih Tzu Rescue Centre took him in and they placed an internet advert for a new owner; but he was old, totally deaf and had partial sight from a cataract in one eye and damage to the other. His front teeth were also loose and damaged and gave him pain and discomfort when eating. (more…)

Poppy: Jack Russell x with itchy skin & runny stools

Posted in Bionic Biotic, Itching and scratching, Jack Russell, Runny stools

Jack Russel x with itchy skin and runny stoolsPoppy who is a Jack Russel x Whatsit is now coming up yo 3 years old.

I started her on Bionic Biotic when she was 6 months old as she was always at the vets with runny stools and an itchy coat.

They suggested many paths that we could take most of which would have been very costly as she was not insured at the time. I found Bionic Biotic  on the internet whilst looking up her symptoms. (more…)

Merlot: Labrador with stiff joints

Posted in Joint stiffness, Labrador, Mobile Bones

Labrador with stiff joints

This is Merlot,a 4½ year old Labrador

Two and a half years ago Merlot was suffering a great deal of joint pain after walks, after many visits to the vet, xrays and being prescribed pain killers it was concluded that the cause was her joints wearing.

Our options were pain killers, keeping Merlot on the lead during walks or surgery, we were told the alternative was that Merlot would be lame by the age of 5. (more…)

Sethi: Gordon setter mobility

Posted in Joint stiffness, Mobile Bones, Setter

gordon setter on joint supplementI just thought I would send you a picture of my Gordon Setter, Sethi, he has weak cruciates and a bulging disk in his spine, we think was from a fall as a youngster (he is a rescue setter).

I had the choice of having both of his back legs operated on and his spine or wait and see how he got on. (more…)

Henry: Boxer with stiff joints

Posted in Boxer, Joint stiffness, Mobile Bones, Old Age

boxer with stiff jointsI found Pooch and Mutt products at the 2008 Blenheim Palace Game Fair and bought both Bionic Biotic and Mobile Bones for Nell, a Springer Spaniel, now in the great dog ‘running-about field in the sky’.

I had previous good experience of Blue Chip Feed Balancer for Horses, which is a brand connected with the Pooch & Mutt products (by parentage I gather!). (more…)
