DELIVERY & RETURNS


All of our parcels are delivered by DPD who were recently voted sustainable business of the year and have been given The Carbon Trust Standard for Carbon for their efforts in reducing their carbon footprint.

Returns Policy

  • You can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state within 14 days.
  • We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your dog does not like the food.
  • We can arrange to send you a FREE returns labels in the UK if you have either been sent the incorrect products or the order was an error on our behalf.
  • For Subscriptions, we will send you a reminder email 3 days prior to your order being dispatched so as to give you plenty of time to ensure you still want the order or if you would prefer to move it back to a later date.
  • If you meet the criteria for return, please send it to the address below, including your 6 digit order number and contact details in your parcel.
